The D-140CE is a full-bodied and powerful dreadnought guitar that provides guitarists with a classic acoustic sound and balanced voicing from its all-solid tonewoods. Solid Sitka spruce for the top and solid African Mahogany for the back and sides are a prime combination, scalloped bracing and rosewood fingerboard and bridge give this instrument a punch and tonality that define the Guild sound.

The black high gloss finish contrasts beautifully with white Ivoroid bindings and Mother-of Pearl inlays in the rosette and headstock. Premium specs like all solid tonewoods, bone nut/saddle, a Fishman GT-1 pickup system.

Additional premium features include Guild Vintage 18 open gear tuners with 18:1 gear ratio, Ivoroid binding, and a Fishman GT-1 pickup with soundhole volume and tone control. A mother-of-pearl rosette and Guild's iconic Chesterfield headstock emblem reminiscent of 1960s models complete the package.
