Baritone models are optimized to be tuned a perfect fourth lower than a standard guitar. The strings are tuned to low B, E, A, D, F#, and high B, with an extended fingerboard scale length of 710 mm-60 mm longer than the standard 650 mm. Baritone guitars feature the standard BARc body shape (BAR with cutaway) and a modified bracing pattern, ensuring the best possible sound quality in the lower register.

All newly made Furch baritone guitars come equipped with D'Addario 16-70 Medium Coated Baritone strings, providing enhanced durability, tonal clarity, and optimal performance.
