This GS Mini-e Special Edition features a transparent black top color treatment that reveals grain lines of its spruce soundboard beneath. Layered sapele back and sides are paired with a solid torrefied Sitka spruce top in our scaled-down, matte-finished Grand Symphony body. The result is a travel-friendly guitar that offers bold projection and a rich, balanced tone profile with a sweet, played-in sound. Thanks to its slender Taylor neck, low action and compact 23 1/2 inch scale length. A built-in ES-B pickup, which includes a digital tuner, delivers clear, natural amplified tones for players who want to plug in.
