About Shelest Guitars

Guitars have been a passion of mine for as long as I (Serge) can remember. The dream for Shelest Guitars began when I purchased a guitar kit for my dad's birthday as a way to spend time together. We both fell in love with the process and an idea was born. Soon we were building custom guitars as more than just a hobby.

All custom guitars are built by hand by myself and my father, Mykola. We are passionate about the entire creative process and handle each step with intentionality and care.

Each element of a guitar affects the sound of the finished product. We enjoy choosing different woods and materials to create the highest quality and best sounding instruments possible. Of course, the look of a guitar is important, but we know that sound is what makes an instrument stand out from others.
